How 3DMODEL-CHECKER Automatically Checks Drawings

3DMODEL-CHECKER facilitates drawings checks through quantitatively adjudicating on data measurement and specifications confirmation.
First, prepare correct data for checking drawings in advance.
The System automatically aligns the data for checking drawings with the corresponding data of 3D die/mold designs, and adjudicates on acceptability.
Also, 3DMODEL-CHECKER automatically checks drawings in coordination with the Excel Cooperation functions.

Confirm Steel Materials’ Sizes

The System automatically measures 3D steel materials in three-dimensions (the x-axis, the y-axis, and the z-axis), and outputs measurement results.
Also, the System automatically compares the results with sizes of ordered parts described in Parts Lists, and outputs results of adjudication on acceptability.

List of Tap Holes and Reamer Holes

The System automatically checks diameters, depths, and RGB colors of holes that are tapped/reamed in 3D data for the purposes of installation and positioning, and lists results.
